docs(admin): 补档案卡与计数徽标说明（5h T7 文档收尾）

- 管理台「开源页」节：说明开篇已改原生 GitHub 档案卡（零第三方图片、
  语言占比灰阶、取数失败只隐藏该项），并把 intro_from: github-readme
  标为「仍可用但不推荐」——点名 7 类外链图与 align 居中失效正是用户
  报告的"没居中/图片不显示"根因
- 新增「浏览与评论计数」节：眼睛/气泡含义、一页只计一次（其余为只读镜像，
  不会出现两个不同数字）、开评论不算浏览、接口挂掉显示「–」不给假零、
  换页重计属定义而非双计

验证: pnpm astro build exit 0
