chore(spec): verify 命令统一 E2E_BASE 本地 dist 口
staging=origin/main 纪律下 spec 分支在途代码的 E2E 只能打本地 dist——T2 canonical 断言对 staging 必挂属预期非缺陷。 Spec: 2026-10-26_blog-5f Co-authored-by: GLM-5.3
