test(e2e): E2E_BASE 环境变量覆写——本地 dist 口验未推代码

staging=origin/main 纪律下，spec 分支在途代码的 E2E 只能打本地
dist；此前 BASE 硬编码迫使车道手工绕（T2 收编验收实锤）。

验证: E2E_BASE=http://127.0.0.1:18924 node tests/e2e.mjs 34/34
      PASS（含新 canonical 断言）
